Youth Mental Health First Aid
Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches an individual how to identify, understand, and properly respond to signs of mental illnesses developing in young people.
In the evidence-based Youth Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health, strategies for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where you can turn for help.
