Art Therapy

Art therapy is a support group for adult individuals to learn how to use a creative outlet when dealing with any sort of mental health symptom. Each session will consist of a different art project and a group discussion topic that addresses mental health. This support group is a way for individuals to talk about mental health in a welcoming way. Zoom links will be provided for remote access to group. Professional art skills are not required. Support for this program is provided in part from an Erie Arts and Culture Ignite Arts Grant, made possible by community contributions to the United Arts Fund and Erie Arts Endowment.
