Peer Support Group

Our peer support groups provide support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Individuals do not need a formal diagnosis to attend. These sessions take place in an intimate, confidential setting and allow peers to share their experiences with each other. This group lets you know that you are not alone in your mental health journey.

Sessions are held at the NAMI office.
