This is a free. six-week course for parents and caregivers who have a child (ages 3-17) facing mental health challenges.

NAMI Signature Programs

This is a free. eight-week course for adults facing mental health challenges who are looking to better understand mental wellness and their journey to recovery

NAMI Family-Family

This is a free, eight-week course for family members and loved ones of adults experiencing mental health challenges.
