MISSION STATEMENT

NAMI of Erie County is committed to empowering individuals, diagnosed with a serious mental illness, towards recovery to a productive life.  The organization is also committed to fostering personal growth and development in family members and friends diagnosed with a serious mental illness.

In the execution of this mission, NAMI of Erie County will provide education, advocacy, support, and referrals to these individuals.  These services will maintain a climate of confidentiality and a respect for the dignity of all who are served by this organization.
